Go to the homepage or Hotels page, select your area, check-in/check-out dates, and number of guests, then click Search. Choose your preferred hotel, select a room, fill in your details, and click Confirm Booking. Confirmation email arrives instantly.

Book & Pay at Hotel means you complete your booking online without any online payment. Upon arrival at the hotel, you pay directly via cash, UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), or debit/credit card. This is the most convenient option for pilgrims and travellers.

To cancel, email support@ayodhyastay.com with your Booking Reference (Booking ID) or call +91 98765 43210. You can also request cancellation from the My Bookings page. Most hotels offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in.

Booking confirmation is sent instantly — within seconds — to your email. It includes Booking ID, hotel name and address, check-in/check-out dates, room type, and total estimated amount. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder.

Valid photo ID is mandatory at check-in. Accepted documents: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence. Also carry your booking confirmation (email printout or on mobile).

No. Most hotels on Ayodhya Stay follow the "Book & Pay at Hotel" model. No online payment is required at the time of booking. You pay upon arrival at the hotel. Some premium hotels may offer an online advance payment option, clearly shown on the booking page.

To change dates or guest count, contact support@ayodhyastay.com with your Booking ID. Changes will be made subject to availability. To change room type, you may need to cancel the existing booking and make a new one.

First, speak to the hotel reception. If the issue isn't resolved, immediately call +91 98765 43210 or email support@ayodhyastay.com. Our support team (6 AM – 11 PM IST) will assist you and arrange alternative accommodation if needed.
